I have never run this but I have run the track several times. Just thought it worth posting in case anyone is interested.

This is not a race track. it was designed to be a research facility so most of the turns are constant radius.

The surface was very good the last time I ran but the course is not what I call challenging. Rankings in my opinion.

yeah total elevation change is 15 ft. Still looks like a great beginner course.
