Does anyone have a transmission jack that I could rent for a weekend next month? last time I dropped my transmission I just got a friend to help and did it by hand, but that was a PITA. I'd like to just drop it and put it back up real quick this time with out needing so much help.

 

take a car jack and a towing strap... ive done it before... easier than getting a specialty tool. I dont know of many people that have them honestly lol.

That's what I did last time. It was just a pain and made me pretty nervous. I saw that they have them at the hobby shop but I hate having a time limit and I don't want to have to leave my car over night. I'll probably end up heading there.
