Just went through the same search. Didn't find anyone I thought was close to qualified. I Decided to do an E-tune with Evans Tuning. Couldn't be more satisfied. The car runs great and Jeff is a super nice guy. It's not quick though. We've been tuning for about 3 weeks now. Definately give them an email. Its a great way to tune if your not in a huge hurry to be done. Oh and its way cheaper. Only cost 100$ for a flashpro tune.

well... lets see...
AV Engineering in Charleston, does very good work, but a little overpriced because they are one of the only shops around here.
There is also Wadzii, he knows a place and can tune himself, its about the same distance from columbia to him or AV
There is also another shop right inside Georgia but the name is slipping my mind...

Depending on the EMS i know tuan at SC performance can street tune it, just something to get your somewhere for fine tuning...
I would also duck over to honda tech, i feel sure they have a bit more info on local tuners and alot more reviews.

Will is on the expensive side, but he is worth it. I think my tune (haltech, itbs, from a basemap that was so rich it was creating a fog) was closer to a grand, but it was on the dyno most of a full day. I've exchanged emails and calls with him a couple of times since and he has made minor adjustments to the map and emailed them to me. I will be going back when I make some motor changes this fall.

I have been to a dyno day at AV Engineering, i have heard some good and some very bad things about AV... I plan on going to showzone in Ladson, SC to get my AEM tuned they have a mustang dyno, I have a friend who had his 06 S tuned on Hondata flashpro and was happy.
