Default The Vibration is Fixed

Kevin and I spent much of yesterday afternoon doing the cup swap in the rear axles.

The job was rather labor intensive but the positive result was worth all the effort and occasional ^(*&@#$.

A BIG THANK YOU TO KEVIN (MLC) FOR YOU HELP.
This is certainly a two man job.

I will be at the Toys for Tots for sure. See y'all there.

Thanks guys. It really wasn't that bad except for the one castle nut was a PITA to get back on.

It was the classic pitting on the drivers side cup.

Glad it helped Lee.

I am sure at some point I will have to do this to mine.

Question. so why it only happen on driver side? is it because he make more right turn? or left turn? does the other side not showing any wear at all? I am just curious from an engineer point of view.

Wonder if it could be as simple as that [typically] our 2-seater has only the driver's-side weighted down? No? Okay, how about limited-slip pushing the 'drive' force through that cup, while the passenger's cup just rolls along for the ride (until the driver's side slips)?
Regardless, Lee...couldn't be happier for ya!
