vtec not kicking in

Default vtec not kicking in

looked on s2ki and did some researching an did these already..

check tct took out and cleaned it

took off vtec solonid - checked gaskets -cleaned screen and made sure plunger was operational

did the map wack

air filter is clean

the one and only thing left would be to buy a map sensor. since the wack didnt work maybe its completely bad????

what the heck, anything im missing???

Sounds like you have done the entire checklist...You may need a MAP?

I know this is a dumb question but did ya check oil level?

The engine was warm? It needs all three bars on the temp gauge for AP1's VTEC to kick in.

Yes I checked the oil it was a little low but replaced and is still the same...

Stock ECU I assume? No piggyback tuning or anything?

Have you checked that the pressure switch is firing?

No I haven't how would I go about testing that???
