I've just started checking out the Carolina board. Will probably be moving to the Raleigh area in the spring.

I've been autocrossing in the Pacific NW this year and would like to know what the Carolina scene is like. Where do you race? What is the competition like? Are you running on asphalt or concrete? Are you running SCCA classes, or local classes?

I look forward to getting there and settling in. What are the recommended dealers for service?

i attended an autocross in lauringburg put on by tarheel sports car club, it was pretty good, i saw about 100 miatas, couple f-bodys, other stripped down cars built for ax'ing, and an nsx, i think there are some scca events around here but not sure on where
