Good for you. It'll probably take us a couple/hours to get past the motorcycles to get down 17S, but we're hoping to leave here early in that week. Our grandson may have to have surgery next week, so our plans may change.

 

Looks like we'll be heading south early next week. Hopefully we'll be there by either Tuesday or Wednesday night. Looking forward to seeing you suthnas!!

Bring your tank to bulldoze your way down 17 to Murrells Inlet. There are supposed to be 200,000 bikes here. We went to Market Common yesterday and it was already getting busy.

 

Grrrrrrrr. I hate motorcycle week. Hopefully since we're coming after the weekend is over it won't be as bad as it was last year. Jim's all hyped about going to some big corvette event around the first week or so in June. You guys may enjoy that too and of course I'll go with him. God knows he's schlepped to enough S2k meets with me. He took his corvette out several times this week and really enjoyed driving it. I think last year he only had it out once. I have to laugh since it gets somewhere around 8 - 10 mpg and he chose the time when gas is going up up up to drive the thing. However, I'm totally pleased he's enjoying it. He looks so cute cruising around in it I'll be driving the Grand Cherokee, so I may put a cow catcher on the front to clear a path.
