Woot - great pics of Marshall! You know, when you get back, the largest collection of spaceflight memorabilia outside a government facility is in Durham, right?
Stay safe!

5 S's spotted (Thanks to the New Orleans Crew... ) (7 total)
$83 spent on gas ($165 total)
Not much else to see while driving through Mississippi...
They don't even have Rest Stops, just these...
Had to bring some Color to New Orleans
But we did meet some cool new friends...
One of them even took us to Bourbon St.
BTW airgate, S2krazy2 still wants you to come down so he can show you arround...
Tomorrow, on to San Antonio...

Glad you guys had a good time in New Orleans. Wish we could have spent more time on Bourbon.. but you get the general idea!
That invitation isn't Airgate specific ------ it is extended to all of my friends from the Carolinas crew.
Have fun and be safe on the rest of your trip... See ya at DBR!

San Antonio -- Remember the Alamo -- make sure to visit as it is so different from the image of the Davy Crockett legends. Many Carolinians and even Yankees gave their lives to defend it.

493 miles driven today (1675 total)
0 S's spotted today (7 total)
$78 spent on gas ($243 total)
As I said in the last post, we were headed to San Antonio, with a trip across the US
there's no way you can skip a state as big as...
Unfortunatly with a state this big you usually see alot of this...
NOTHING!!!
The Houstan skyline...
First stop once getting into San Antonio was the local KOA
Where we got this little rustic cabin for the night...
Here was a couple shots of the famous riverwalk...
And we found this, just in case someone lost theirs...
Looks like a large sack of marbles...
And can't forget...
Remember the Alamo!!!
Tomorrow's agenda...
