Never played Aussie Rules but I always enjoyed the 'boys in tights' jokes :-)

I don't know if there is enough soccer players in the NC forum to have a full blown game. It may be more of a 'post to post' (1 on 1) affair but you are welcome to join us. I will be unemployed as of next tuesday so the idea of kicking the ball around everyday has crossed my mind.

 

I'd be interested in playing soccer with you guys. Played college ball at RIT(Rochester Institute of Technology) and I'm still in decent shape(only 25). Do any of you play in any leagues? I'm currently playing in the CASL Summer Heat league.

I'd be interested in playing cards, as long as the stakes are low enough.

I checked out CASL when I first got to Raleigh back in 97. But then work got
to be the all dominating factor in my life.. haven't played a full game since.

I am working this weekend (old habits die hard, even though I am leaving on
Monday i am still giving 110% ) but after that I am open to anything anytime.

 

I'll play soccer anytime, just not early. I played in school as well.
