Why ?
What kind of rev was it? If it was just a 'vooooooommmm', he just may have been saying hey. But if it was a 'WWWWWAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA-BBBBBAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH H', he might have been a retard. LOL.

High reving without a load on it isn't the healthiest thing you can do to your engine. oh well! engine replacments aren't cheap!

Maybe he was just saying hi. I've done it before. I wasn't trying to instigate a race. I wasn't bouncing of the rev limiter like an idiot though.
thats what i was refferring to, bouncing it off the limiter. i agree casual blimps don't hurt anything. i get that quite often from others. flashing headlights means hello, reving could mean hey or wanna race. you just don't know what the intention is.

I agree that age doesn't really reflect maturity. Most people grow more mature with age, but some never grow up at all. It's best to just ignore them or if they really want to race try to get them to go to a track day. I wish they had something like race legal some where near Columbia. When i was in San Diego they had drag races at Qualcom. It let most of the kids open up their cars and not put the rest of the people on the road at risk.
