why did my for sale post get deleted?

Default why did my for sale post get deleted?
i paid for a membership yesterday and my for sale post was up for not even a few hours and its been deleted. The money has already been taken out of my account so i want to know why its been deleted, thank you

Until it says Member under your name you are still a guest. Guests aren't permitted to sell.
