Just my .02, a lot is involved with buying a car like the S2000 used. It is knowing how it has been cared for and driven. I have personally known Dave for 2 years and his care for his car has been top notch. You take a guess on anyone else's car, you may get your price, but no guarantee on the maintenance on the car or how it has been driven. Clutch drops, burnouts, or any hard hits the suspension has taken.

With all due respect to you Dave, he is an older more mature driver. To me that might be worth raising your ceiling slightly. Personal endorsement are sometimes worth more than price and hearing "Trust Me, I took care of it".
