only 2nd gear is gone, still not sure if I'm going to take it back to the dyno for my next turbo setup, not real sure how the rest of the gears will hold up

take it apart... it really not that hard.... change the gears or the synchros....

Turbo Hydramatic 350. Common in older Chevy's (87 Monte Carlo, 80s El Caminos for example)

ic haha, thanks for the info, im not very familiar with domestics. Found a tranny btw, hopefully ill make it to the dyno with the new setup in a few weeks.
