Default '04 S2000

Bought this car new a year ago, it's perfect, low miles and garaged. Selling because we're taking a new job and - while it doesn't pay as well, it's a better employer.

Pic's available on request.
No modifications, stone stock.
Price is firm.

Delivery at buyers expense, located in NW Washington State (close to Anacortes).

$24,500

Dave

Good luck. You'll need it, because your asking price is a bit high.

Hey what year did they start making the suzuka blue color combo? It's my favorite combo, but I can never find one old enough that I can afford it.

Good luck with the sale, BTW.

Clearly this is a comment from someone who hasn't seen/driven many, if any, clean, low mileage AP2s. Sure you could get an AP2 with less than 10K miles with an asking price in the low 20's, but I'm not sure I'd want that car. Asking prices for clean cars are higher for a reason.

Dave,
Your asking price is certainly in line with the asking prices for 04-05 S2000s. Take a look on this board, autotrader.com, cars.com, etc and you will see that most people are actually asking more than you are.
The right buyer will come along and once the spring rush hits, you will get many takers. Good luck with the sale.

price seems fair to me..not ideal, but prob right for someone who really wants a suzuka ap2 and is having trouble finding one

I posted my original comment before the price was lowered to $24,500.

The post originally said $28,000 firm. Anyway $24,500 is a great price for such a low mileage car. I think you could get that or more on eBay right now.

Just got back to check here and see the comments about the price.....it was $28,000 and then lowered to $24,500 as mentioned.

I've seen them going for more on E-Bay, and that's an option I guess......not pressed to sell it - but have (with difficulty I might add) decided to let her go and adjust the finances with the new job.

We have plenty of other vehicles to choose from:

His & Her Harleys ('95 & '96 Road King's)
'04.5 Dodge 3500DRW 4x4 Cummins
'73 FJ40 Land Cruiser - somewhat modified
'05 Ford Focus (commuter)
'75 Toyota truck (to work & back truk)

But.....

None are as fun to drive as that S2K! And.....I can park any of them anywhere and not worry....I never let the S2K outa my sight.
