Keep in mind this is a '03 model with only 3700 miles now. I think the asking price is fair.
If it's a '00 or '01 with high mileage, I'd say $17K is asking too much.
If you go check KBB, click "rate condition" you can check "salvage title",
the price still comes out to $22K. That would be a high price if you ask me.
