So do you know what parts were replaced? Are the any electrical issues with the car?
Looks like a clean car from the pictures.

OK, then are you going to explain how, what, or who put the water in the car or are you going to make us keep guessing?

Thats odd, because living in Hawaii I left the top down in my last S2000 and rain got it a couple times, but it never caused the car to be totaled.

I'll be more specific with my questions:

1) How much rain got into the car?

2) What was replaced due to the rain? Please be specific.

3) Were any electronic components damaged or replaced?

4) Did the car ingest water into the engine or hydro-lock? (which can happen with some aftermarket intakes and lots of rain water)

5) Was any work done to the motor, transmission, differential, or suspension?

5) Do you have the receipts for the work done that caused to title to be a REBUILD?
