I believe my payoff is 27,180 at this point but it drops every month since I am still making payments.

Payoff is now 26,850 ... but besides the payoff, no one is interested in this lease deal?

I'm not interested in a lease, and I'm not buying 'til January, but I can point out some info you left out: lease term and buyout at the end of the lease.

Lease term is in there, 36 months, can be drawn out longer if the buyer wishes. Not sure on the payoff ... I would guess that depends on the finalized terms of the deal with the new buyer.
