Just as I posted in the for sale thread you made last month...

I tried to buy this car 2 months ago, cash in hand, paying asking price. After a few PM's, I simply never heard back from you when I asked for the VIN for the bank.

You sure you're really looking to sell? And when I was looking at it, the reason for sale was that you were buying a new lotus. Now it's home closing costs?

Not challenging integrity, but you have to understand, it does set off a red flag when I ask for a VIN and you immeadiately break contact for a few months.

Good luck with the sale this time through. The price is fair. Good luck with the housing endeavors as well.

Prospective S2ki.com buyer #1 comes to my home, arrives 1.5 hours late without calling me, drives the car (nearly spins it because he's used to his FWD Civic) and then tells me that I want too much money. This is after I had already told him I was not negotiable on the price.

Prospective S2ki.com buyer #2 comes to my home looking for something to replace his WRX STi. Something happened to that modded car and it's being parted out. He's seems like a decent guy. Seems to like the car. Expresses an interest in buying it. Didn't have any issues as far as I can tell. Indicates his father is going to give him the $ for the car and that he wants to do the deal -- soon. He tells me he'll contact me to arrange the transaction. Two weeks later -- haven't heard a peep from him. No courtesy call to explain the situation. He just falls off the face of the Earth.
You should post their S2ki forum names so we all know who to stay away from when doing business Good luck on the sale bro.
