How many miles on the chassis? Are those the original turbos? My stock turbos went at around 75k miles and started blowing the blue clouds of smoke which seemed par for the course. Are yours still good? How did you drop the 122lbs in weight? Is there anything wrong with the car mechanically? What year is the car? Why was my last post deleted?

the chassis has 100k miles on it, the turbo's have around 50k miles on them. they dont smoke or anything, and pull pretty hard. the weight reduction comes from a straight pipe, no spare, no a/c, no air pump, no air bags (totally removed the wiring harness and crash sensors). there is nothing wrong mechanically, it drives perfect. and your last post may have been deleted because my old thread was deleted because i did not have a price in it.

Why don't you track this car?
i have a few times.

the reason why im selling is that i just have always loved the s2000, ever since its debut. i have driven one on the track and at an auto x and i loved every second of it. this isnt to say i didnt love every second of driving my rx7 on the track, but the s2000 has a different feeling. i prefer NA to turbo power anyways. the rx7 handles just as well as the s2000, and it has more punch. but still there is something that draws me to the s2000.

Did you install 99 spec turbos when you replaced the turbos? What turbos did you install and why? Any blue smoke?

they are the regular turbos, when i bought the car the previous owner had replaced the originals with a set of used stock turbos. he blew the original motor and damaged the turbos. the only time it smokes is when i put a little too much premix in.
