Does that spoiler use the same mounting points as the smaller, OEM lip spoiler?

I.e., if I remove that one, will the OEM lip spoiler cover the contact areas that one creates on the trunk lid?

 

Might want to add to your listing whether all the VIN #s match, how many owners the car has had, any accidents, etc. Just my .02.

This was a friends of mines old AP2. There is some rust by the driver side rear quarter near the wheel well lip, and some signs of orange peel and clear coat bubbling in the rear quarter and slight diff in color.

Other than that. I did the valve adjustment and clutch/brake flush, axle nut retorque, subframe bolt retorque awesome deal for 15k. doubt the new owner did anything else than drive it put wheels on it and black CR s2000 emblems.
