Depending on the condition of that low mileage Beemer, and the fact that it's a 5sp; I'm thinking it's worth a bit more than that. E36's are going up in value; albeit the cabrio's not as much as the coupe's or the sedan's - but you might be selling yourself short if it's a pristine example for $22-24k.

 

Do you have the OEM mirrors and were/are the fenders or quarters rolled?
