Up for sale is my 2000 Honda S2000. I love this car. Selling because I have too many cars and I want a Golf TDI.
The good:
77,800 original miles! (and climbing, this is my DD)
Runs perfect. Engine and transmission are flawless.
VTEC engages smoothly around 6000 RPMs.
Service records available.
Hawk HPS front brakes.
Ice cold A/C.
Factory rear spoiler.
Everything works!
Top seals tight and does not leak.
Interior in fantastic shape. Very slight bolster wear on the driver's seat.
Kenwood CD player (HUGE improvement over stock)
Mostly stock - only mod is a cold air intake.
The bad:
The top isn't in perfect shape. It doesn't leak at all and works just fine. I am including a BRAND NEW top in the sale (not installed). This is cosmetic only (and who drives with the top up anyways?)
Slight vibrations at certain speeds - either out of balance tire or possibly the inner CV cups.
I'm selling this car *cheap* because I want a TDI Golf asap. My price is firm, and $2k under KBB Private Sale. First one with the cash gets it. No joyrides - show up with cash in hand!

If this ad is still up, the car is still available. I still owe some money on it (through Wells Fargo), so we would do the transaction there to payoff and get the title transferred over to you.
I won't hold the car. I won't ship, I won't fall for scams, so don't bother. This car is going to go fast, so be sure to hurry.
The only trades I will accept:
Your clean manual 90-96 Miata + a lot of cash.
Your clean manual E30 + a lot of cash (other older BMWs considered).
Any other trades are probably a waste of time, unless it's a car worth at least $3k with at least $10k on top.

D'oh - you're completely right. I copied this from my CL posting with the price in the title and failed to put it here. Asking price is $13k, I'll add this to the post. Unfortunately not interested in trades at this point.
