Whose car is this???

I saw this car on Ebay today and I was wondering whose it was. It got a Spugen sticker on it so would think the owner is on the board,... or this is a scam again...

Yeah I don't think anyone would sell a car with all the parts on it like that,... you'd be crazy to anyway...

That would suck, but in the ad the seller calls himself a dealer..? So I don't think so...
