yep. but you can start the process from within windows, and it'll let you format the drive after it reboots. I'm pretty sure you can do it either way.

there is no full password from ps-cs if I remember correctly. you just enter anything, and you're supposed to copy a couple of files and overwrite them so that the software doesn't "phone home" to check whether your copy is legal. I don't remember the specific instructions there, but it should be in the /crack/ directory after you mount the CD.
