I was dead-set on getting an '04 TL. But I wanted a rear wheel drive car... and I wanted a Honda. I anxiously waited word on the 05 TL in Aug 04, because rumors of an AWD option was floating around.
I got tired of waiting, and on a Monday at lunch, I got the idea - an S2000! When I was growing up I always wanted a Mustang convertible anyway.
I test drove one that day from a private party. Got the loan Tuesday, drove home Thursday with it.
Got a rock chip on the drive back though.

Ah, nice. Yes, people are astonished when I tell them this zippy car is available for $16k in some places.

Is that because of higher Canadian taxes, or something else? And I hear daytime lights are required?
