My co-worker texted me yesterday and she told me that it was 114° in Burbank.

 

73 right now and the air is healthy for humans!

 

70° here right now and the air quality has slightly improved. It is now only unhealthy for sensitive groups.

 

92° here today. Much clearer air. The wind has shifted. The fires are still burning, especially the Bobcat Fire northeast of us.

 

Yeah still burning above us on the way to Big Bear but yeah Bobcat is worse, just passed a lg caravan of Fire Trucks from many areas RB
Rialto , Chino , even San Manuel all heading your way on the 10 , I'm guessing to go help.

My Sis-in-Law in Groveland can barely breath the fires there near her are bad, she said Yosemite was closed.

I saw on the news that there was a fire in Monrovia

 

Air is clearer here as well and we actually got some rain. It is now only unhealthy for sensitive groups. Hard to believe that we were actually hoping for rain.

 

The AC is back on.

 

Nice today, in the low 8os, but it's going to be 100°+ next week. Ugh!

 

69 here and pleasant but we are in a SERIOUS drought. I went out for a ride yesterday and couldn't believe how low the rivers and ponds were. I've never seen them this low.
