ATTN: Zero

I was just informed my wife’s boss was going to buy us a pizza oven. . . Until my wife informed her that we can’t have a pizza oven in/on/upon our current home.

Dratz.

Oh damn, that sucks. The ones we have are propane powered, and relatively small, and as safe as a barbecue, but much smaller.

Are you in a condo or apartment that restricts them ?

Condo, with a wood terrace above ours. So, no charcoal, and no propane larger than a 453g bottle.

Hope your into the new home soon Joe

We've started the serious process of moving and MAN, I guess you always forget what a job it is but it feels good to go thru closets etc... that have boxes which haven't been touched in 9 years defiantly gonna get rid of some things
Yesterday I had FUN taking down my Toy Cabinet which holds many sentimental treasures from so many s2ki , I have a SPIDEY collection and MaNY 's
also my matchbox size and lg size scale vehicles , Pez Collection , Mickey collection etc... but I saw so many friends as I boxed them all

Started the new home search also and a tad going from one builder to another to compare but it will be fine once a decision is made!

Your Sell / Purchase seemed to go quickly so I'm hoping to follow after you

Hey Mom, you would not believe how much stuff we have boxed up in 2 weeks already. It is unbelievable how much stuff you accumulate in 15+ years. We tossed a lot of stuff, we gave away a lot of stuff too. We probably have 60 cardboard U-haul boxes filled, and 20 plastic totes, all stored in my garage right now. Lots of work so far. Our house sold in 7 days, which was amazing as we had to commit on the new home before it got snatched up by others. It worked out well, my neighbour 4 doors away from us has his home on the market for 5 months and still hasn't sold. It is a strange market right now. I wish you all the best. I have to mail something to you this week , so hopefully the old address still works for a couple weeks

Yeah we boxed a ton yesterday and procured a storage unit where we took them, just the start though, luckily I didn't need to de clutter for the house to go on the market just us trying to get thru everything and yeah some stuff we felt could go into storage C-6 builds guitar Amps and had many in the bonus room, those we took also to storage. Guitars can't go into storage they would be affected as its an outdoor unit.

I think we are both gonna get thru the tunnel your just way ahead of me glad your sold & already found the new place

Were possibly going live end of next week and I'm sure even IF it sold easily theres gonna be a time frame for closing so my address won't change for awhile
