Mmm.. Lucky. I remember when I used to drive down to L.A. from School (Berkeley), I always stopped at the Buttonwillow Rest Area. Haha, it has nothing to do with it, just brings back a few college memories.

boy that was fun! first session I was the fastest overall by .35 seconds!!! I finished the day as 5th overall, behind dave "moton man", ron wasserman in a viper GT, doug "pro racer" hayashi and aaron "cheating bastard" bitterman. I'm glad w/ my finish, especially since everyone faster than me had hoosiers on or and dave and ron have over 100hp more than my car.

 

I did manage to break my clutch though I had been debating whether or not to go, because I was afraid that if I went this is exactly what would happen.
