the worst feeling is when you're trying to go to sleep and you can't because you can feel the room still spinning.
been there...it's not a good feeling..
you just want to go to sleep

good news for me.last night, over-consumption of gatorade didn't do that to me.
bad news.. i was the biggest loser in america as i sat around at home
