Thanks! I made about 40K on the flip, but I could have done better if I waited a year or so, but Jersey just wasn't for me. Especailly with almost 10K in real estate taxes a year!

I'd still like to have a little get together this year at my new place if the weather is still good in late September. I don't know $hit about pools so I have no idea when I would have to close it up for the winter

NICE! I am guessing the pool needs to be "winterized" or else the pipes might freeze.

I think I am doing the car show again, still trying to work out timing..it is such a busy month/day for us.

 

Yeah it has to be winterized, but from what I hear it's no big deal really. The previous owner is goin to leave me the number of his "Pool Guy". The pool is heated so I know I can keep it open into October, but I really doubt we would want to be swimming in October

Keep me posted on the car show. I haven't done anything all summer with my car so I'd like to get up there

 

Well if you can afford the heating bill why not We leave our hot tub on and ready all winter! It was fun shoveling a path to the tub and going in during a snowstorm last year.

I imagine I am going to do the show! Being that it looks like NO HIN shows are happening this will be the fall hurrah for me.
