i'm about to have a meeting with one of my reps.. *sigh*

 

So much fun and yet... so little time.

 

i hate meetings..especially when it involves their productivity

 

Did you have to yell at someone?

 

i am a lot better at the technical piece of our product rather than the people piece... i'm working on improving that piece of my mgt hand so i let the rep do all the talking..

he basically knew what the meeting was about, what steps he needed to take, and why his perf. was suffering. all i had to do was set a timeline and a plan and that was it.

still hate meetings like that though...

 

Works sucks.
