Personally, a woman with an accent drives me wild. It makes them jump up a couple notches on the scale.

Oh, thanks Josh. I can remember from my days at Brunell U some cleaning ladies with the most horrendous screeching cockney accent. More effective than a cold shower I had done my best to repress that memory

 

Now, now my southern drawl really does that to you? See and I wondered why all these guys here in MI keep calling the office and forgetting who they needed to talk to! I guess it is just to hear me say Y'all and various other words that I tend to forget they have not heard around here!

 

There would be some accents that would do it but basically doesn't matter.

I think it depends on the accent too. Some accents just sound plain ugly.
