Really....hmmm sounds good. I've only eaten the non-corrugated though.

 

Actually, they're pretty good. Of course it tastes like chicken , but it has a different grain to it. I liken it to alligator meat.

Anyway, they're like crawfish, shrimp... As in they're fun to eat; they're like mini chicken wings.

 

Hmm... I may have to try it. I know of a restaurant in the area where you can get them and alligator.

do any of you like emu? it's good too

 

emu? I have NEVER seen that on a menu...do you get to ride the rest home?
