chaz, no, s2000s most certainly do NOT like it in the ditch... the last time mine was, i ended up tweaking every single body panel (door and trunk wouldn't close), shredding my left-rear suspension, cracking off the lip on the left-rear wheel and shattering the brake rotor, snapping the left half-shaft and destroying the diff...
chaz, it actually wasn't a bad crash at all
, it just caused a lot of damage. the torn suspension and drivetrain was from impacting the concrete manhole with the left-rear wheel, and the tweaked bodywork was from sliding sideways through the ditch at 70mph, contacting the grass severely. luckily, we both (my passenger and i) walked away with not even a sore neck.
