Custom fabrication for air routing would be cool, it wouldn't need to seal just be a tight fit, boxing off an area to draw air for the ITB's separate from the rest of the engine bay, sorta like some of the in engine bay cold air intakes...

best of both world. Now can that stroke handle 9000 rpm?
