Alex, do you want me to take a look at that tunnel for you?? I am sure that there are ways round the gas pipelines and fibreoptic connections .... for god's sake, we managed to build an 8 mile tunnel under Tokyo Bay, I am sure we could build one a couple of hundred yards under the road for you .....
