Found BOTH! Lil difference though LG THAT'S Pac NW sand cold n wet
HERE the sand is purdy & HOT 
its quite bizarre at times HOW MUCH is out there in that Palm Dessert / Springs area it's like a beach - the Ocean
& yeah would be quite fun with ALL of us at the same time out there
C-6 will put his newest GO PRO on to catch the antics

I'm hoping those who were here before will note the changes in the front yard 
been busting A$$ out there trying to improve the builders landscape. Yanked the horrible ice plant they put in and moved a few things, C-6 hated their drip system so we yanked it too! Laid down MORE efficient drip lines so you can water individual plants not just soak the ground
I plugged in some solar's and hauled a bench from out back to contribute. Made a flagstone path to it and yesterday I made a Dry River
The Yard 
's better note it too and give me Yard Of The Month 
J/K I don't like them much after they requested I remove my Bambo Reed from atop the fence 
it was in the BACK YARD just stuck up like 5 inches 
HOA's can be a pita butt guess they also help
