self starter... for hte most part. except i don't start till the last minute.. so maybe a deadline is considered a :fire: inder my a$$

Not really, but like you clearly a procrastinator...it is the last day of the month (and we are going away this weekend) and I haven't STARTED the monthly reports yet!
