I just think it is a little extreme but not wholly unfounded. I know the type to which you refer but I also know that not all cops are the same. In the end, you have to judge people for who they are and not what they are, including their occupation.
Is it obvious I am a Libra?

I believe what they are trying to do is see how clearly you can focus and respond to priorites. They certainly don't want someone that will waffle back and forth. One key consideration to make is if the original priority call was assigned to you or if you were a secondary unit. If it is "your" call, you need to proceed to the first accident regardless.
