This is what I want to do...

ie, On my homepage, I post a new pic each week. I want visitors to be able to post comments about the pic and I want those comments to show up on the page.

Is it possible to do with html?

 

Not with straight HTML. You need to do some server side programming so that the comments are stored on the server and are persisted across sessions.

That is the best way HTML wise... it's harder... best thing to do is find a good perl script that does it for you!
