Her maternal behavior with those 2 kids made me wonder. She did know effective CPR too. Military hospital? So many possibilities.

I have to agree about the military angle. I thought so as soon as she took the gun from Sawyer. Military or cop.

I would say she is a little young. Maybe her big brother fought and died in Iraq?
I think she looks more like a cop and she may know Kate....
