Ok... so I wanna come up with a game plan for Daisy. Give me your input!

-Supercharger or Turbo?
-04 Console or Rick's Leather Console
-What kind of wheels? (I do not like black or bronze wheels) (might be custom making my own wheels!!!! woohoo how cool would that be?)
-To Wing or not to wing? If so, what kind?
-Repair Rocker Panel or New Sideskirts?
-Carbon Fiber or Not Carbon Fiber?
-Supercharger or Turbo? Neither unless you want a cars lifetime of tuning, adjusting, etc
-04 Console or Rick's Leather Console Ricks is MUCH nicer, but I prefer the carpet
-What kind of wheels? (I do not like black or bronze wheels) (might be custom making my own wheels!!!! woohoo how cool would that be?) the more open the better!
-To Wing or not to wing? If so, what kind? just say no to RICE!
-Repair Rocker Panel or New Sideskirts? see above^
-Carbon Fiber or Not Carbon Fiber? eh

Cool! Thanks Mikey!

As far as a tuning and tweaking... I really wouldn't mind it!

Supercharger or Turbo--if you're convinced you want to go FI then I would probably recommend the Comptech supercharger for the S2000. The turbo is likely to be WAY involved to get running well and the Comptech is as close to plug and play as you're likely to get.
Console--I like both. Depends on why you'd want the 04 console, but I'd probably go with Rick's if it were my car.
Wheels--Depends on the amount of coin you want to drop. Given that you drive hard rather than pose, make sure the fit of the wheel is good or you'll end up with rubbing problems.
Wing or not to wing--Pretty mucht the only one I like is the stock wing.
Repair rocker or get sideskirts--like I said when you were out here, there aren't many body kits for the S2000 that I like. RyanITV had probably the best one on his S2000, but I can't remember what brand. Mikey might remember.
CF or not CF--if it's functional it's cool. I'm not a fan of CF hoods because they're not appreciably lighter than the stock aluminum hood and it's not like having the increased rigidity of the material in the hood actually helps anything either.

- Vortech SC. Turbo is a lot of work and unless you're a dyno sheet racer, not that useful. Comptech is good, but I have very little faith in their engineering even after 3+ years of using customer cars as test platforms.
- Rick's. I don't think the 04 is that nice.
- If you can find a set, Prodrive 6 spoke, or Volk CE28N.
- The only wing I'd let touch my car is the Mugen 3 piece (actually a spoiler, not a wing). OEM - why bother?
- Tough call. If you have an OEM lip, you'll be hard pressed to find side skirts the fit with that look.
- Not.

The only thing that really matters here is how much you're willing to spend. WIthout knowing that, there's no way to make a recommendation.
