I got some Ecco cap-toes for about $140. Seemed like a screaming deal to me since the cheapest I've EVER found good dress shoes was $100

Yeah.. i got a pair of the cheaper eccos as well at jc penny's with the cloth inner lining... THe expensive pair i have is lined in tan leather and has some weird green thingy on the bottom... have never seen those on sale
