Big step to lose the baby toys. I used to get rid of them when Jordan was away visiting his dad. Otherwise, he would see toys he had forgotten and not want to part with them.

We're drawing a pretty hard line with the little guys. I think the 6 year old's just excited that people are going to be around the house tomorrow. I'm a little worried about the 4 year old, tho

These kids are so spoiled by us (and my parents) that I often think they won't even notice the change!

I'll let you guys know how they do... Personally, I think the 6 year old is a little capitalist in the making!

The kids did fine. Seems they're very good at distracting themselves. It's not like we got rid of the toys they're actually using. Ended up bringing the stuff that didn't sell to the fire station where they're gonna have a sale next week. Worked out great!

The weather has been pouring rain though, so that put a "damper" on things (haha)!

Phew.... So glad that's over. :tired: :wiped_out:
