Apparently I've never served, but I did work in a 5 star hotel and that was enough for me. Pay was decent, but tips were rare. It's bizarre that I can handle a client threatening me or physically assaulting me, but can't cope with ignorant people who feel entitled to whatever they want, even if it means being completely disrespectful.
