Cliff notes! Apparently 2 out of 3 of our rooftop heaters in the building have been broken for 4 weeks now...the slumlord is forcing us to negotiate a new lease over heat

 

Apparently, that is focked up

 

Apparently, with SweetJ! WTF, Mikey! Threaten legal action; that usually takes care of things in a hurry.

 

Apparently that would seem the most obvious course...the quagmire is..we need them more than they need us...we have an established retail destination store requiring large square footage (6000-10000 Sq feet) those buildings are not a dime a dozen within a small radius that we wouldn't lose our customer base

 

Apparently, the Product Development Team meeting scheduled over at GM this afternoon has been postponed

 

Apparently I should mention and add to the quagmire that our landlord is a true slumlord.. we (the tenant, who has paid rent on time every month for 30 years ) are looked at by them as a liability not an asset....every tenant that has moved out (3) they have made no attempt to rent the empty buildings

They let buildings sit empty for 12 years
