Apparently you need to remind us who you are again.

Apparently, reminding you would be a waste, as I would be forgotten in a matter of minutes.

How can you guys not miss me. Look at my PPD -- I am everywhere man.

If I need to remind you about me then I didnt make a good impression the first time.

Apparently you dont realize making a GOOD impression is worthless in the corner. Bad impressions last much longer.

Not that I know anything about the corner.

gotta let the engine cool down for a long time.. then have fun getting your hand on the intake side... oh yea.. and if you don't have the feeler gauge at the right angle you get a false sense of drag because of it being bent and not parallel to the top of the valve and bottom of the rocker arm.. enjoy!
Apparently I'm gonna give it a try... I'm a DIYer too. I've helped an engine swap, swapped suspensions on different cars several times, change my oil, tranny fluid, diff fluid, brake fluid, clutch fluid, coolant, etc. so I think I'm ready to give this a shot. Can you recommend a set of feeler gauges? Did you bend some yourself or are there some you can buy with the correct angle?

You can buy them bent... be sure to buy the stepped kind too... So the tip of the gauge is one size and it gets bigger as it goes down the feeler. That way you can use one gauge instead of 3.. because you want slight drag on it.. and with the stepped ones you can go "Ok i got slight drag but once you get to the next step of the gauge it won't go under... your good.. but if the next step goes through.. you want to tight it down some more."
