apparently, a customer expects me to honor a verbal discussion on trade in numbers from back in November, today, since his special order IS-F came in.....what a douche.

Apparently my customer thinks you can bring a car back within 3 days of purchase without a problem even when we told her that's not true. What a nutcase

Apparently people who by Lexusii aren't the sharpest tools in the shed.

 

Apparently the s2k takes "special oil" that the dealer did not have in stock. When I asked him what he meant by "special" he told me that Honda recommends 0w30 or 5w30 for most of its cars but the S takes 10w30. Okayyyyyy.

 

apparently she was ripping my GM a new one yesterday and didn't get anywhere since it was her fault she didn't take into account anything we said until it was too late.
