getting some warning on the phone to brace & be prepared in the flash flood areas

apparently I think this area of Blowmont is safe but there IS an area behind here that has road dips and a guy drown in his car one year past

I realize the Phone Alerts are of good intention but worry they would REALLY FREAK & STRESS out any elder than mom people
