Apparently it's the weather that's messing up my head. Think I'll just park myself in a cool area and avoid going in and out of areas that have noticeably different temperatures.

Apparently I'm sleeping wrong or something as this is the second day in a row that I've woken up to a very sore upper back/neck.

Apparently we've both been having issues with headaches...
